"T3P" Outreach Program
Teens of 3P’s is Teens with a purpose, plan, and process
T3P Overview
SynSha Models Inc. also have an outreach program for our youth entitled "Teens of 3P's". The 3 P's stands for purpose, plan and process. T3P will provide services to youth who are aspiring to pursue a career in this industry. We will motivate, train and teach them the principals of success in this business.
We will also teach them the principals to our Plan called Project Business. PB consist of skills to: write an effective resume, interview skills, dress for success, presentation cleverness, and help them build their confidence to strive for success.
"T3P Academic Scholarship" is placed on hold till funding is available. Plan:
T3P plan is to provide mentoring and training for the youth to journey through the procedures of planning their own fashion show extravaganza. SynSha Models will be advisors to the T3P Youth throughout this project where the purpose of T3P that was taught and trained to them will become a reality. This project will consist of planning the event, selecting location, preparing advertisement of the event, recruitment of models and entertainers, etc. All the principals will be taught in our course.

Process:
T3P process is taking the planned event and transform into a reality in order to demonstrate the skills learned throughout our course that is essential in the Business and Entertainment Industry.
Purpose:
T3P purpose is to motivate, train, and teach the principles of success in the Business and Entertainment Industry. To achieve this initiative SynSha will function in the capacity of mentorship where real-life experience will be utilized in order to supply and apply the principles of success.
