SynSha – “Sophisticated Young and Striving for High Achievements”
WHO ARE WE: The SynSha Initiative was established on February 8, 2010 to address the escalating violent acts among female teenagers in the Northeast Florida Region.
PURPOSE: To help at risk high school females who seek the passion for fashion and personal enrichment. The SynSha Initiative believes that fashion is the avenue that will be utilize to instill leadership skills and self-confidence in our female teenagers. The SynSha Initiative will provide them an opportunity to showcase their individual and group talents that will motivate them to strive for excellence beyond high school.
VISION:
The SynSha Initiative is implementing plans to partner with Duval County High Schools along with community partners: United States Army of Jacksonville, 1Million Safe Kids and other juvenile organizations. This partnership purpose is to strive to reach the same purpose for female teenagers to obtain guidance for success. The SynSha Initiative is seeking to established long term mentoring relationships with these organizations for our female teenagers in the Northeast Florida Region. Due to the unlimited futuristic paths for these female teenagers, we feel that it is imperative to reach them with a sense of urgency. The SynSha Initiative and surrounding communities will reach these teens by providing a positive and practical environment for them to showcase their talents. This partnership will build the following attributes: career skill building, strengthen self esteem, and sculpturing these female teenagers into young ladies that will lead them to become powerful women of our future.

Our eight module program is normally operated in three to four months in the school system. However, we can work it into a minimum of two days or up to one week based on your needs. Contact us for additional information about each course. You can select the entire program or special courses to be hosted at your school or organization.
