Lyllian Blackshear
Lyllian Blackshear age 18, a 12 grader at First Coast High was born and raised in Jacksonville, Fl. At age nine she was put into the foster care system and was later adopted by her loving foster parents when she was in the 7th grade. She is enrolled in NJROTC to enhance self discipline, self respect and self esteem. She is the Chief Petty Officer in the program. Her goal is to be a massage therapist and a model. Lyllian is a member of SynSha Models “Teen’s of 3 P’s.”
